Ellis scores a career high in the quarterfinal round, the most by a JV player seen by Gameday Weekly in recent play from the county tournament.
Ellis had 21 by halftime with the Lady Eagles up 45 to 13. Lewis played well for Hanceville in a double double of 19 points and 11 rebounds.

Good Hope got three Lady Raiders to hit double figures with a 16 to 3 start in controlling the game from the beginning.
A 30 to 11 advantage in the 2nd half enabled the Lady Raiders to prevail in the quarterfinal round.
