Threat of severe weather cancels county sports schedule:

No extracurricular activity once schools are dismissed early:

GDW Breaking News:
Cullman County Schools are releasing students from the classroom at 1:30 p.m. Thursday due to the threat of severe weather later in the day.
All extracurricular activities for April 10 have been postponed.
Gameday Weekly got in contact with Cross Creek Golf Course as they are hosting the 2nd round of the Cullman County Tournament.
By 1:30 p.m., the event will have to be stopped a representative reported to GDW.
These are the following games postponed from Thursday by the CCBOE:
Baseball:
Winston County at Cold Springs
East Lawrence at Good Hope
Fairview at Brewer
Softball:
East Lawrence at Good Hope
Hanceville at Vinemont
Fairview at Scottsboro
Meek at Cold Springs
Locust Fork at Holly Pond
The games will be made up as soon as possible as the coaches are trying to find the next available date and also how the weather will be after storms are to be in Cullman County and the Tennessee Valley by 4:00 p.m. Thursday.
