GDW Analysis:
Cullman experienced a rare situation Friday evening.
The Bearcats were behind a very good West Morgan squad through the first 3 periods and were looking at a 64 to 55 deficit when the game entered the 5:00 mark of the 4th.
Cullman then would close out on an 18 to 6 run thanks to big time scoring by Dorough who had 8 in the period, 6 from Hopper and clutch treys by Graves and Fletcher.
Henderson thrilled a large crowd in his role as a shooting guard for the Rebels.
The junior went for 17 in the 2nd half, 13 in the last period, hitting 12 FGs, 4 from 3 point range.
West Morgan is under the direction of former Cullman coach Bobby Meyer.
The Rebels came in No. 7 in the latest 4A state poll.
Stu Stuedeman's Bearcats closed out the week going 3 & 0 with a pair of wins in the Border Wars Classic from Athens over Hewitt Trussville and Chelsea.
Cullman is 5th in the current 6A rankings.
