Local baseball has some early season showdowns from Cullman County under the lights Thursday.
One is a rematch of the 2025 Cullman County championship as the West Point Warriors visit Mark Moore Field to face the defending champion Fairview Aggies.
Game time is set for 6:30 p.m.
West Point is 5 & 2 while Fairview has won 6 out of 9.
Earlier this week, West Point got a thrilling 7 to 6 walk off victory against Vinemont while Fairview was a 7 to 6 winner on the home diamond vs. Oneonta.
Vinemont takes a trip to county rival Good Hope for a 6:30 p.m. battle.
Vinemont has 1 win through its first 6 games with Good Hope at 1 & 2. The Raiders claimed an 8 to 6 triumph Monday at North Jackson.
