Good Hope Lady Raiders return to Class 4A regional title game:

Deshler's season is over once again by losing to Good Hope Lady Raiders:

AHSAA 4A girls Northwest Regional semifinal:
Deshler         17  13  10  10  - 50  (28 & 4)
Good Hope  19 14  13  14   - 60  (27 & 6)

 GH: Lexi Marshall 22, Sophie Konrad 12, Ella Gossett 12, Ella Davis 11, Lucie Adams 3.
Deshler: Khole Nelson 14, Reese Davis 13, Ja'merica Hampton 11, Kacie Nelson 9.
GDW Analysis:
For the last three basketball seasons, Deshler has seen its season end at Wallace State by losing to Good Hope.
The Lady Raiders were able to go from a 33 to 30 halftime lead to 46 to 40 after the 3rd and stay on top by shooting 57 percent from the field in the final period, 62 percent at the free throw line.
Konrad hit 3 of 4 from the line in the 4th, Gossett was 2 of 2 to anchor this category.
Marshall played well Wednesday night for coach Justin Aby with 6 of 10 shooting the 3 ball, 8 of 13 overall and 6 rebounds.
Davis had a double-double of 11 points and 13 rebounds. Gossett went 6 of 6 from the line and tallied 4 assists. Konrad was 4 of 6 from the line and played good defense in having 4 steals.

A good season for Vinemont ends in a tough semifinal loss to defending regional 3A champion Lauderdale Co.
Vinemont went 22 & 12 for the 2nd season with Emily Willoughby. Reagan Robinson scored 19 in her final game with the Lady Eagles and is their all time leading scorer with 1,948 points.
Holly Pond encountered Mars Hill sophomore standout Belle Hill that went 17 of 21 shooting and tallied 41 points.
Holly Pond ends the year at 14 & 15 making the Sweet 16 for the 3rd consecutive season. Ava Thomas had 14 in her last time to play for the Lady Broncos.
