GDW Analysis:
In Blountsville, the season for the Hanceville Lady Bulldogs got extended in a thrilling comeback victory thanks to 70 percent shooting from the FT line in the 4th period.
Hanceville was 2 of 8 at the stripe through the 1st half and down at the break 23 to 19.
Going to the 4th, the Lady 'Dogs were down 32 to 28. A basket by Kylee Weems in the 4th gave Pennington a 34 to 30 lead. That was the last time the Lady Tigers would score in this encounter.
Hanceville finished the game on an 11 to 0 run with 8 points being accounted for by foul shooting.
Twitty was 6 of 8 in the final stanza with Moore hitting a pair in two tries and Keith scoring 2 out of 4 attempts.
The only FG for Garrett Cone's Lady Bulldogs in the period was a three by Butts that got the 11 to 0 surge going.
Hanceville defeated Pennington twice in three games in the current season. This one was sweet for the Lady Bulldogs a year ago saw the season end in a loss to Pennington in Blountsville.
Bulldogs unload with solid 3 point shooting:
Hanceville took a 19 to 10 lead through the first period and would soar with a 24 to 8 tally in the 2nd to break the game by halftime at 43 to 18.
Five threes were part of the 2nd period scoring for coach Stephen Chandler.
Hanceville had 8 long range FGs by the half, 6 from the sharpshooting stroke of Abney.
The Bulldogs would knock down 10 treys for the evening. In their last two wins from Lane Horton Gym, the Bulldogs have romped in wins against Cullman Christian and Pennington by combined totals of 139 to 65.

Vinemont Lady Eagles are 19 & 10 and 3 & 0 against Hanceville this season.
Vinemont brings a 17 & 11 record to this semifinal and have defeated the Bulldogs three times this season by scores of 46 to 41, 68 to 55 and 61 to 57.
Both Vinemont teams went 7 & 1 in the area to claim the top seed and home court for the playoff setup.
