GDW All Performance team selections 2025/26:
Three coaches locally share something well in common with one another in a certain time frame of 5 years.
Stu Stuedeman of Cullman is tops in this category for going 131 & 29 since coming here in the fall of 2021. A state title the first year was the icing on the cake for consistency by the leader of the Bearcats.
Mason Voce of West Point stands alone with this feat. Three consecutive years of 20 plus winning seasons at the largest school in the Cullman County system. This compiles to 69 victories with the future very much in the quest of more to come.
Drew Adams is in a different mode. From 2022 to 2025, Adams engineered 84 victories with the Good Hope Raiders.
He went further into the Southwest corner of Cullman County for the last season, taking the reign of the Cold Springs Eagles.
It would be dividends for Adams and the smallest school of the county in one wonderful season.
Gameday Weekly has decided in selecting Adams the 2025/26 coach of the year for the following was put on display.
A record setting year of 29 victories out of 34 decisions for Cold Springs. The Eagles would claim 17 consecutive victories, the best of any local group in the recent completed season.
Going 14 & 0 in their very young facility to make it be known how difficult it is to win at this venue.
A 6 & 2 record against Class 2A opposition and ranked all season long in the state poll, spending a couple of weeks at the top of the heap.
Stuedeman and Voce are to be honored for what went about with these two in the quest of winning with hard work the common pattern for all three have paid the price and their squads are showing the great example.

The Bearcats were in a groove of playing well vs. athletic type teams with the Generals seeing it on a Tuesday afternoon.
Cullman went up 34 to 14 at the half as Lee was stunned by how the Bearcats executed in the first 16:00 of play.
Chaos would go into a higher level in the final half for Cullman by unloading 46 points on the scoreboard at Tom Drake Coliseum, 28 in the final period of play.
The 'Cats hit 13 treys out of 27 attempts and turned a potential close encounter in the 6A final into a one sided display of offensive type hoops.
This sent the Bearcats to the Final Four for the first time since they won the crown back in 2022.
