A new role for a cat rescued from near death:

Cat in hot car does survive:

MINNEAPOLIS: Hercules the rescue cat has a new life path: Supermodel.

Hercules was one of 50 cats found in a hot car in Minnesota in 2022. Unfortunately, he escaped before he could receive treatment.   Hercules was later found near-death with a maggot infestation and a broken jaw.

Registered nurse Jill LeBrun fostered and then adopted Hercules, and submitted his photo to an animal talent agency. Hercules was paid $100 for a gig, but LeBrun didn’t think much of it when she didn’t hear back.

To her surprise, Hercules now graces containers of Up & Up Fragrance Free Clumping Cat Litter.

“He's a natural and he loves to be the center of attention," LeBrun says. Seems like Hercules is living his best life.
