Tourist Receives Shocking $140,000 Phone Bill

An American tourist received a $143,000 phone bill after a short vacation.

Rene Remund went to Switzerland with his wife to spend time with family, but returned home to a shocking discovery.

Remund’s T-Mobile bill, due to his use of data, amounted to $143,442.74. When he contacted T-Mobile representatives, they said the bill did in fact reflect what Remund owed.

Fortunately, T-Mobile decided to waive the charges. Before traveling, be sure to check with your carrier what your roaming rates are. (dailymail.co.uk)
