AHSAA football playoff quarterfinal results:
4A: Plainview 28, Good Hope 7
Plainview broke a 7 to 7 tie with 2 TDs in the 2nd quarter to lead 21 to 7 at the half. The Bears added a TD in the 3rd to go on and end Good Hope's good 2025 season at 10 wins, 3 losses.
1A: Addison 28, Marion County 22
Addison erased a 16 to 8 deficit with 20 unanswered points in the 2nd half for a huge victory in the 3rd round on the road.
The Bulldogs move to 12 & 1 and will host a semifinal game next Friday against the winner of the Wadley/Hubbertville game.

The Eagles played at home for the first time with new coach Drew Adams and dominated the visitor from Walker County.
Cold Springs is 3 & 0 on the new season.
Cullman 97, Dora 24:
Chaos was extremely superb Thursday from Bearcat Arena in a 73 point rout of the Dora Bulldogs.
Stu Stuedeman's Bearcats take a 5 & 0 record into Thanksgiving week.
