Braves erupt in the 9th to earn victory against the Marlins:

No win for rookie Hurston Waldrep, but he pitches good:

GDW Analysis:
MIAMI: Atlanta Braves' rookie Hurston Waldrep dealt with a tough environment Tuesday, Marlins Park.
The right hander did not get a victory or was not involved in the decision.
Waldrep pitched 5 and a third innings, allowing the Marlins 1 run on 8 hits.
But team wise, the Braves prevailed when they exploded for 9 in the 9th to snap a tie and win the game 11 to 2.
This allowed the Braves to offset a 2 to 1 loss Monday evening in which Spencer Strider pitched well by going 7 innings, allowing a run.
The Braves got a 2 to 1 lead Tuesday on a home run in the 4th by Ozzie Albies.
Miami scored the tieing run in the 7th thanks to a wild pitch by reliever Dylan Lee to make it 2 to 2.
In the 9th, the Braves regained the lead on a 2B by Brujan scoring Eli White.
The hit that crushed the Marlins was a 3 run homer from Ozzie Albies that gave the Braves an 11 to 2 lead.
Albies belted two round trippers on the night and has 12 on the season. The 2B was 3 for 5 in this game.

Kinley was credited with the victory by throwing a scoreless 8th inning. The Braves did not have to use closer Rasiel Iglesias Tuesday with the team well ahead and a good 9th inning of relief work by Suero.
Now the Braves finish off this series with their rival as Game 3 is Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. and on WKUL FM (92.1).
The Braves then go to Philadelphia for a 4 game series with the leaders of the NL East, the Phillies. Game 1 is Thursday.
