College football 2025 is here and so is the fan insanity:

Fans at Alabama, Clemson, Texas are in an uproar:

Flash Thoughts:
College football fans live on their own island for how insane they really are.
Now the 2025 season is here, the fan base at Alabama, Texas and Clemson are fit to be tied.
Especially Alabama.

A new trend took place Saturday with Alabama losing a season opener for the first time since 2001. And to lose it to a Florida State team that was a complete embarrassment to the sport from last year.
Then add Texas not the best in the game as the experts thought. Ohio State is the defending national champion and made that point Saturday afternoon at the Big Horseshoe in Columbus.
Clemson completes the downtrend of college powers from Game 1. The Tigers can't hold a lead with LSU in Death Valley as they were given their funeral rites by a 17 to 10 setback.
Flash likes college football. The love for the game is not like it was for a very long time.
But to see how people react through social media is laughable on how you look at it.
Bama people want to send Kalen DeBoer out of Tuscaloosa. 4 of his 5 losses in just 1 season plus at Bama is unacceptable.
Getting defeated in 2024 at Vanderbilt, Tennessee, Oklahoma and go into a tailspin in Tallahassee after having an early lead on FSU.
Texas has to feel unpleasant with the Longhorns unable to at times, win huge games under Steve Sarkasian. That includes consecutive losses in the college football playoffs and now the much hyped about battle in the opener at Ohio State.
Dabo Swinney is among those that lead a college football team to see greatness and disappointment.
Clemson's home environment is like dust in the wind. Just ask LSU for how they were able to shake off mistakes and be superior when the game went down to the wire.
Flash utilizes the game with picks known as Flash's Flops. Florida State and Clemson paid little attention to my detail.
What to me is so unfortunate of today's stature in sports with college football very much of a "high and mighty" is how fans and the media deliver in being completely negative and frustrated.
Negative talk is more prominent than before for it's not difficult to get on a device and utilize your feelings with very much nothing to lose.
I consider this to be totally uncalled for.
Ric Flair, the wannabe wrestler, wants ESPN to get rid of Paul Finebaum for his thoughts on believing Texas would defeat Ohio State.
In my mind, Flair is looking for attention for he is nothing but a has been in his sport.
He will never have popularity in comparison to the late Hulk Hogan.
A desperate move in which I personally don't care of for I have never been an admirer to this blonde psychopath.

And I enjoy humor when games on TV go to crowd shots like this totally frustrated young Alabama fan with the middle finger held high late in the 4th quarter with Florida State.

To me, this person is now a laughing stock for he has engaged too much of his life into the essence of one thing, winning a college football game.
If I interact with all of those types, it's like throwing thrash out to each other.

I know some Alabama fans around here very and it's sad for them to go through the rest of a holiday weekend for what happened in a span of over 3 hours Saturday in Tallahassee.
This will continue as we now have seen what it's like for the first true weekend of the season.

We still have South Carolina vs. Virginia Tech and Notre Dame vs. Miami on Sunday and then to see legendary Bill Belichick debut at North Carolina Monday with a Carolina Blue hoody as the Tar Heels host TCU.

 Oh well!
