County SB tournament postponed due to wet weather:

  VINEMONT: Plenty of rainfall Monday morning forced the Cullman County High School softball tournament to be postponed.
According to information Gameday Weekly has collected through a source, the tournament will begin Tuesday from the Vinemont Sports Complex.
  Games at 10:00 a.m.
 # 3 Fairview vs. # 6 Holly Pond
 # 4 Cold Springs vs. # 5 Vinemont
  # 2 West Point vs. # 7 Hanceville
  Games at 12:00 p.m. (Semifinals):
  # 1 Good Hope vs. CS/VM winner
  WP/CS winner vs. FV/HP winner

  Championship game:
  2:00 p.m. (Approximately)

Good Hope is the defending county champion.
Good Hope has a 5 & 0 record in county games so far this season.
West Point is 4 & 1 in its county schedule to grab 2nd place when the pairings were drawn two weeks ago.
Fairview has a 5 game winning streak against the county. The Lady Aggies were the runner up in 2024 to Good Hope.
 The format is single elimination play.

Weather conditions for Tuesday will be sunny skies with a high in the low 70s.

 The wind is expected to be around 6 mph, coming from the Northeast.
