Good Hope BB gets a 9 to 0 shutout of the Hanceville Bulldogs:

Raiders will be seeded 3rd for next week's Cullman County tourney:

GDW Analysis:
GOOD HOPE: Very good pitching by the Good Hope Raiders kept the Hanceville Bulldogs off balance Friday in a 9 to 0 victory from Good Hope Field.
The Raiders used three pitchers to combine on a 3 hit shutout. The Raiders walked one and struck out 7 in a 7 inning affair that took 1 hour, 56 minutes to be played.
Colbi Kilpatrick threw three innings for coach Noah Holder, allowing no runs with one walk and four strikeouts.
Left hander Case Naramore pitched the 5th and 6th, giving up 3 single, but not allowing the Bulldogs to get the zero off their side of the scoreboard.
Owen Armstrong retired the side in order in the 7th with a strikeout to end the contest at 6:20 p.m.
The Raiders got a 2 to 0 lead in the first on Parker Johnson scoring from 3rd on a wild pitch and an RBI single from Cane Anderson.
Hanceville silenced Good Hope until the 4th. Three runs pushed the lead to 5 to 0 with Johnson getting a two run triple.
Naramore came through with a two run double in the 5th and Johnson delivered a run scoring base hit with the Raiders on top 8 to 0.
The Raiders tallied a run during their side of the 6th and had a chance to run rule the Bulldogs. Good Hope left the bases loaded with Hanceville grateful of getting to play a full contest.
Good Hope will be the No 3 seed when the pairings are drawn for the county tournament Wednesday from the press box at the ball field.
Fairview is the top seed with West Point officially 2nd.
West Point clinched that Friday afternoon by defeating Vinemont 12 to 2 at Mike Cupp Field.

Vinemont plays host to Hanceville Monday as the winner will be seeded 4th and the loser of the game to go in as a 5 seed.
Cold Springs will be No. 6 with Holly Pond the bottom seed of this year's tournament.
