Monday morning snow sends Cullman County schools home for the day:

Mid March winter storm puts after school events out of operation:

GDW Analysis:
Cullman County Schools decided to keep students out of the classroom Monday after snow was reported at various locations.
The Cullman County EMA reported along with the National Weather Service a "winter weather advisory" was in effect through 7:00 p.m. Monday.
With the schools being closed for the day, extracurricular activities have gone by the wayside as well.
The following were scheduled for March 16:

JB Pennington at Holly Pond BB

Cold Springs at Meek SB
