Ribbon cutting ceremony takes place at Cullman Christian School:
CCS continues to grow in student enrollment as well as athletics:

A celebration was held Wednesday for the continued growth of Cullman Christian School.
The school had a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially declare purchase of property located at Beech Avenue in Cullman.
The location was leased to the school in 2020. Now its CCS' property with the school on the rise in student enrollment as well as an athletic program.
According to information, CCS will consist of 325 students for the 2025/26 school year.
Athletically, CCS will be in its 2nd full year as a member of the Alabama High School Athletic Association.
The school was approved by the AHSAA to become a sanctioned organization.
CCS had to serve a 2 year probation until that cleared for the school last year.
The school, nicknamed the Lions, participates in girls and varsity basketball, volleyball, girls and varsity cross country, tennis, golf and bowling.
Last year CCS bought a floor that formerly belonged to the Boston Celtics' organization. The school has repainted the floor to their colors of Carolina Blue and has created a great atmosphere for athletic competition on campus.
Heith Yearwood serves as the principal, athletic director and girls basketball coach.
CCS is sanctioned in Class 1A of the AHSAA. In basketball and volleyball, the school competes in the same area with St. Bernard Prep, Addison and Meek.
Fall sports will begin for CCS on August 21 when volleyball will play host to Sumiton Christian from Walker County.
