Two teams from the SEC and a pair of ACC schools make up this week's selection by yours truly.
Clemson vs. Penn State 11:00 (Pinstripe Bowl) Penn State
Georgia Tech vs. BYU 2:30 (Pop Tarts Bowl) Ga Tech
Missouri vs. Virginia 6:30 (Gator Bowl) Virginia
LSU vs. Houston 8:15 (Texas Bowl) LSU
Could this be the final time for Dabo Swinney with Clemson? His future is for sure uncertain. A 7 & 5 squad playing in Yankee Stadium Saturday against Penn State that sent James Franklin packing in the middle of the season as the Nittany Lions went from Big Ten contenders to pretenders. Georgia Tech and BYU is a contest of teams that can play well or otherwise, stub on their own toes. Missouri is the SEC hope in a traditional visit to Jacksonville for the Gator Bowl with Virginia very much capable of being the better team in prime time. How will LSU that is a lame duck squad in playing Houston inside its own stadium with the page to turn completely for the Tigers once this bowl game ends.
