West Morgan gets eliminated by the Raiders in 4A Sweet 16:

GDW Analysis:
TRINITY: Good Hope Raiders can be given credit for the upset of Friday evening from the 2nd round of the AHSAA football playoffs.
The Raiders left Rebels' Stadium with a 31 to 7 stunner of previously undefeated West Morgan.
West Morgan was ranked 3rd in the final poll for Class 4A prior to the start of the postseason.
The Rebels scored a TD in the 1st quarter to take a 7 to 0 lead.
Good Hope then displayed great effort the rest of the evening in keeping the Rebels from adding to their side of the scoreboard.
West Morgan was averaging 41.6 points a game. The Raiders defense went to work with good defensive play while they made their move in scoring twice in the 2nd to take a 14 to 7 advantage at the half.
As the game wore on, the confidence of Alan Scott's Raiders emerged. Good Hope kicked an FG in the 3rd as they extended their margin to 17 to 7.
The Raiders then produced two touchdowns in the final 12:00. Good Hope returned to Cullman County with its 10th victory of the season in 12 games.
Good Hope has allowed the opposition 139 points this season, an average of 11.5 per contest.
The Raiders have displayed their defensive ability with 7 games of surrendering one touchdown.
In starting the season at 6 & 0, the Raiders yielded 27 points. Hamilton broke the Raiders' momentum October 10 in a 28 to 21 victory, giving Good Hope its first loss on the schedule.
By winning in the 2nd round, the Raiders will have a quarterfinal assignment at James Shabel Stadium next Friday vs. another undefeated team, the Plainview Bears.
Plainview romped over Alexandria 42 to 14 the same night the Raiders claimed their upset of West Morgan.
Plainview is 12 & 0 on the season.
Kickoff will be at 7:00 p.m. November 21.
