Cold Springs has won 3 consecutive season openers under coach Voce, beating Curry in 2022 & 2023 and Hanceville last season.
The Eagles were seen by Gameday Weekly in a spring jamboree at home vs. Walter Welborn.
Welborn won by a final of 14 to 6.
Hanceville played a fall jamboree last Friday with the Bulldogs getting shut out by West Point 42 to 0.
Cold Springs rushed for 158 yards in their jamboree in May.
The Eagles had 20 yards passing for 178 total yards in 3 quarters vs. the school from Anniston.
Ethan Day was the QB for the Eagles with his top runner being Cason Alexander.
Hanceville has Hunter Black as an experienced signal caller.
Black and the Bulldogs struggled in their half of football last Friday with West Point.
Cold Springs last season scored the most points in 1 game vs. Hanceville, 48 to 30 with 4 touchdowns going on the scoreboard in the 4th quarter.
The Eagles last year were 3 & 2 in the first half and would get five wins out of 10 games in the regular season.

Cold Springs started the sport back in 1970. The Eagles played to a 14 to 14 tie with Good Hope and finished 5/2/1 in their inaugural year.

West Point met them in the fall jamboree, the Bulldogs visit Cold Springs in the first week and will be at Ray Talley Stadium the following week in a game with the Holly Pond Broncos.
