 Flash Facts:

History was made with Hanceville being the first basketball program in the Cullman County school system to play at Cullman Christian School.
CCS is in its 2nd year as a sanctioned member of the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA).
Hanceville's Lady Bulldogs followed up a good 37-20 outing Tuesday over area foe JB Pennington with a 9 to 0 run in closing the 2nd period for a 22 to 8 halftime advantage with the CCS Lady Lions Thursday.
Hanceville led 36 to 18 after the 3rd and was able to maintain a double digit lead.

But Cullman Christian tallied a 17 to 10 scoring streak in the 4th on 5 FGs, 2 treys and pair of FT points.
Coots and Powell both scored a trey for Heith Yearwood's Lady Lions.
The strong play up front by Twitty and Moore carried the Lady Bulldogs to their 4th win in 9 games for new coach Garrett Cole.

Consistency was very much the storyline for Hanceville in controlling the Lions from the start.
An 18 point opening period was equaled with 18 in the 2nd and a 36 to 6 lead by halftime.
Coach Stephen Chandler's Bulldogs tallied 17 in the 3rd and added 12 in the 4th as reserve Bulldogs were finishing off this triumph in a short trip for Lane Horton Gymnasium to the CCS campus.
Bentley had 12 at the half for Hanceville and tallied a FG in the 3rd to finish with 14.
Black was solid in the 2nd half with 10 points on 4 FGs, 2 treys and scored 7 in the final stanza.
For the first time this season, Hanceville has built a winning streak and seeking for it to continue on Friday evening at Vinemont.
