Good Hope Raiders are on a 3 game winning streak and are 2 & 0 in 4A, Area 13 after they outlasted East Lawrence on the road Tuesday.
The Lady Raiders are 12 & 2 and 2 & 0 in the area in a shootout victory with East Lawrence.
Holly Pond Lady Broncos are 4 & 0 in 3A, Area 13 after their triumph Tuesday over Hanceville.
A low scoring varsity affair with Hanceville upsetting Holly Pond, dropping the Broncos to 3 & 1 in the area standings.
Fairview Lady Aggies battled No. 2 Guntersville hard in 5A, Area 14 action at Joe Shults Gymnasium. A 19 to 5 run by Guntersville carried the Lady Wildcats to a comfortable lead in the 3rd, enroute to a 64 to 45 victory.
Guntersville crushed Fairview with the Wildcats leading the Aggies 46 to 13 by halftime.
Guntersville leads 5A, Area 14 with Fairview 0 & 3 in the standings.
West Point Warriors moved to 9 & 4 in shooting down Mortimer Jordan Tuesday at Jim Boyd Gymnasium.
The Warriors have 3 victories in the span of 5 days, winning their game in the Randy Jones Classic last weekend against a previously undefeated Meek Tigers' squad.
Cullman Lady Bearcats invaded Huntsville and came home with a double digit triumph against Grissom.
Tammy West has the Lady 'Cats now 11 & 2 in her first season with the 6A school.
