Alan Scott of Good Hope 72 & 51 in 11 years, has led the Raiders to the playoffs 7 of the last 8 seasons.
West Morgan has displayed impressive numbers of 10 & 2, 12 & 1, 13 & 1 and 11 & 0 from 2022 to the current season.
The Rebels won the Region 7 title in having to play in a 9 team group. A 13 to 7 victory vs. Deshler October 30 got the Rebels in the playoffs as the 1 seed from their region.
Good Hope's victory over Cherokee County now looms larger after media reports Wednesday claim head coach Jacob Kelley submitted his resignation.

Kelley took Cherokee County to the 4A state championship the past three years. This was the first time the Warriors had lost to Good Hope in three meetings.
Good Hope understands the role they have in playing the 2nd ranked team in 4A and on their turf.

The Raiders' 2 losses on the road to Hamilton and Fairview were decided by the margin of a touchdown (7 points).
Good Hope has earned a trip to the 2nd round of the postseason with Scott 5 of 7 times.

The winner of Good Hope/West Morgan plays the winner of Alexandria/Plainview in the quarterfinal round.
